What we build for bike brands
Five services, each with its own page. Below, the kind of message a frame brand sends us, and the plan we would send back.
You
We sell gravel framesets and complete bikes on our own website. Customers email us before they order because they can’t work out which frame size to pick. Some ask if they can choose the wheels and the finish themselves. We’re still on WooCommerce, and we’re worried about our Google traffic if we move. We track stock in a spreadsheet, so we find out a part is missing after the customer has paid. And once a new store is live, nobody here has time for email or SEO.
Shopify store build
We build your Shopify store around the frame: a size guide and the full geometry chart on every product page, with stack and reach for each size.
Bike configurator
We set up a configurator on Kickflip. The photo layers change with each wheel and finish, and the order reaches you complete. CYKL, our titanium brand, sells its builds through one we made the same way.
Migration to Shopify
We move your products, customers and order history to Shopify. Before launch, every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new page.
AI systems
We give each bike a bill of materials in Shopify, so a sale takes every part off stock, down to the derailleur hanger. Then an AI agent drafts the supplier order when a part runs low, and you approve it.
Outsourced marketing department
After launch, we stay on as your marketing department. Each month’s email flows, SEO pages and product page changes are agreed in advance.

We work inside a cycling hub
Several cycling businesses share the building, and we are one of them. We shoot your photos and write your product pages a few doors from the mechanics and the stock.
Shop floor
A bike shop open to the public, where riders ask about sizes and builds before they buy.
Workshop
Repairs and bike assembly. Build specs for your product pages get checked with the mechanics.
Stock room
Around €1M of bikes, frames and parts, on the shelves next door.
